His knowledge of the finished grain, what goes into the grain, and having his own farm will shine through as he shares on how to get started in a small scale operation. Herbal First Aid on the Homestead – Dr Jocelin helps you create a plan for when there is no access to traditional medical care.  Understand why and what makes up a basic health assessment.  Learn how to respond off grid with herbs to the “Big Three” – Respiratory, Digestive, and Wounds. Have a correlated understanding about nutrition, deficiencies, and health challenges with a focus on common deficiencies if the food chain is not fully working as well as which herbs are best to support which health challenges.  Learn how to store nutrition and supplementation. 

Natural and Herbal Animal Health – Having been mentored by some of the top Organic vets in the country as well as being a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr Jocelin has developed many herbal protocols to have on hand for their animals. She will share what items support which animal health challenges, what you should always have on hand, how to watch for animal health issues to catch them early, and how to know when to call the vet. You will walk away with knowledge that you can use on any animal from cats and dogs to goats, sheep, and cows.
